Worship in Holiness Begins: Leviticus 8-9 (December 11, 2022)

Israel’s worship in holiness begins in earnest as Aaron and his sons are ordained to the priesthood (ch 8) and the first sacrifices are offered (ch 9). As this worship commences, it does so—according to God’s prescriptions—with anticipation of the future woven into the fabric of the practices.
